We want our clients and valued customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, contact us using the form below. every effort will be made to resolve any issues.


overview

- As a valued customer, you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

- Your item(s) must be unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase.

- To start a return, contact us using the form below. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address. you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs.

- When we receive your returned item(s), it will be inspected to determine if it is acceptable for re-stock. You will be notified when your return is approved.

- Your refund will then be processed to the original method of payment. Funds will typically show within 3-7 business days from that process date.

- Please note, items that are damaged, used, altered, or that are not in the original packaging, will not be approved for return.

- In order to process a refund (or replacement) for damaged item(s), you are REQUIRED to provide us with “clear” photos of the box it arrived in, including the shipping label, and the damaged contents.

- Items that are "damaged" refer to those that arrived shattered, cracked, etc. it does not include items that have melted while in transit. (see below)

- PLEASE NOTE, if you are unable to provide proof of damage to your package, we will not be able to process a refund or replacement order. Please contact your local post office for more information on compensation.

- We carefully package AND SHIP OUT OUR ORDERS to ensure that it arrives SAFELY. HOWEVER, DUE TO MANY VARIABLES THAT ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL WHILE IN TRANSIT, we ARE UNABLE TO refund orders that HAVE BEEN MISHANDLED BY THE SHIPPING SERVICER (usps, fedex, ups). IE: PACKAGES LEFT OUT IN THE ELEMENTS, STORED IN HIGH HEAT ENVIRONMENTS, ETC.
